FSA Amateur Move-Up Points
Move-Up Points for Amateurs are earned at "D" (District), "A" (State Amateur) and "P" (State Open) tournaments, as they are listed on the tournament schedules.

Am M-U Points earned at tournaments: 1 for the top four spots in the Main bracket; 1/2 for the top three spots in the Consolation bracket. To advance from District Amateur to State Amateur, you must earn at least 5 M-U Points within a 3-season period (FSA seasons run Sep-Mar). To advance from State Amateur to Pro, you must earn at least an additional 5 M-U Points within a new 3-season period. All advancements in status take effect the following October 1st.
